Saving pages & pictures
You can save any web page that is displayed in Microsoft Internet Explorer. There are four different file types you can choose from depending on what you require:
- Web Page, complete - this saves all the files that are needed to display the web page, including at least one main text file and an individual file for each picture. Each file is saved in its original format.
- Web Archive - this saves all the information needed to display the web page in a single file.
- Web Page, HTML only - this saves the information on the Web page but does not include graphics, sound or other files.
- Text Only - this saves only the text from the current page in a text format.
The files are saved in the My Documents folder by default, but you can change folders.
All files that you have saved can be opened in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
